Over 12 weeks, you’ll find yourself inspired and supported by their community, build confidence through new mental and physical skills, and get excited about movement again. The best part? These skills (and memories) go way beyond the studio and into everyday life)
It’s so fun!!!! The exercises are great. We have learned so much and it’s only been two weeks. I’m really enjoying the warm ups, stretches, and learning all the positions! Highly recommend this class.
