Introducing:
A personal strength training program for dancers who have big competitive goals and are looking for dedicated support from a competitive highland dancer & certified Personal Trainer
At a weekly 45-minute class, dancers are working through a specialized training program intended to improve alignment, enhance strength, and increase flexibility.
Each dancer gets assessed at the beginning of term, and then a personal training program is created to target their specific areas of improvement and corrections.
We track our plans and supplementary exercises for at-home practicing in the studio Portal, which all dancers and parents can access for convenience.
This isn’t just any old exercise class. It was created BY a competitive highland dancer (and personal trainer!), FOR competitive highland dancers.
Each and every dancer’s path is tailored to their personal goals and progress, ensuring their unique needs are met and celebrated.
