This class is designed for competitive dancers starting at age 7 all the way up to adults.
Comfortable activewear, and either sneakers or sock feet (best at some points for foot alignment!)
We have a waitlist in the event the class fills, so be sure to add your name through the portal to be the first to know if spots open up.
Nope! This class is additional training for dancers who are attending Strength & Conditioning in addition to their dance lessons.
For certain exercises, we will recommend equipment such as yoga blocks, resistance bands, or a set of light and heavier weights. You can get by without them, but they’ll enhance your experience!
