Primary Competitive Class

This class is specifically designed for young dancers who have potential to compete! Dedicated time for competition dances only, parent learning built in every few weeks, and your dancer will be eligible to compete locally. You'll BOTH feel confident going in!

Tartan Teddies (ages 3-4)

For your energetic preschooler! This class gets your child ready for instructor-led classroom dynamics, and inspires confidence and independence! Your dancer will learn the basic highland positions, steps and dances, all while having fun and making friends that last a lifetime. Learning through play is at the core of this class. While this class is recreational, dancers at this age have the opportunity to become competitive. Ages 3-4.

Tartan Tots (ages 5-6)

This class is designed to introduce children ages 5-6 to the basics of Highland dance while becoming accustomed to the instructor-led classroom dynamic. Dancers learn basic positions, steps, and dances while having fun and exploring their creativity. Learning and growing through play is at the core of this class! While this class is recreational, dancers at this age have the opportunity to become competitive.

Competitive Strength & Conditioning

For the dancers with big competitive goals! Highland dancers are athletes, and therefore... need to TRAIN like athletes. This personal strength training program is designed specifically for competitive highland dancers dancers (by a competitive highland dancer), to improve alignment, enhance strength, and increase flexibility. This will start to show up in your dancing through more turnout, steadier upper bodies, higher elevation and more powerful leaps & highcuts. Let’s build a solid foundation for your success on the competitive stage!

Championship Class

This class is designed for dancers currently in Premier OR potential to move into Premier within this calendar year. Dancers get specialized individual help with their corrections and a team devotion to practice and improvement.
